The U.S. government’s Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Challenge is a yearlong effort to accelerate the fight against antimicrobial resistance across the globe. NAPHS represents Egypt challenge commitment to improve antibiotic use and combat emerging resistance strains in the Egyptian healthcare settings. Workshops will be organized to educate practitioners on how to use WHONET data to create antibiograms. We aim to guide clinicians and pharmacists in selecting the best antibiotic treatment while awaiting microbiology culture and susceptibility results.
